Little Britain in the West Village

In 2007 stores, businesses and British celebs got together to try and get the block on Greenwich Avenue between 12th and 13th street offically recogized as the New Yorks British community.Due to the sheer number of British businesses in that area. The proposal would have been similar to other famous New York areas such as Chinatown, Little Italy and Spanish Harlem.
Tea and Sympathy is a small English cafe where you can order British food and drink.
Myers of Keswick is a store that sells British food including Cornish pasties, Cadburys, Strongbow and Walkers crisps. The list is endless.

A Salt and Battery is a British inspired fish and chip shop
